Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti or linguine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook your pasta according to the package instructions, then drain it well.
- In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until brown and no longer pink in the center.
- Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, allowing it to simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked pasta, lemon zest, and chopped parsley until fully combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
