Description

A comforting and creamy chicken spaghetti dish that brings warmth and nostalgia to the dinner table.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and bell peppers until softened.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir in half of the cheese.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding crushed red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning. Present with parsley or green onions for a fresh touch.
