A comforting and creamy chicken spaghetti dish that brings warmth and nostalgia to the dinner table.
Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and bell peppers until softened.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in half of the cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding crushed red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning. Present with parsley or green onions for a fresh touch.
