Description

A creamy and savory chicken spaghetti dish that brings together comforting flavors and textures, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti and shredded chicken.
  3. Add Rotel tomatoes, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
