Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti and shredded chicken.
- Add Rotel tomatoes, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before topping with chopped parsley for garnish.
