Description

A creamy and cheesy chicken spaghetti dish combining tender shredded chicken, flavorful tomatoes, and gooey cheese, perfect for comfort food.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Rotel tomatoes (drained)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, Rotel tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the chicken mixture and stir until the pasta is evenly coated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden.

Notes

For a quick option, use rotisserie chicken. Drain the Rotel to prevent excess moisture, and feel free to experiment with additional spices.
