A creamy and cheesy chicken spaghetti dish combining tender shredded chicken, flavorful tomatoes, and gooey cheese, perfect for comfort food.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup Rotel tomatoes (drained)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, Rotel tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the chicken mixture and stir until the pasta is evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden.
Notes
For a quick option, use rotisserie chicken. Drain the Rotel to prevent excess moisture, and feel free to experiment with additional spices.
