Description

A comforting and creamy chicken spaghetti casserole topped with melted cheddar cheese, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Pour the mixture into the greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs across the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
