Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Pour the mixture into the greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs across the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using leftover or rotisserie chicken. Adding vegetables can enhance nutrition and flavor.
