A creamy and cheesy pasta dish featuring shredded chicken, zesty Rotel tomatoes, and baked to perfection.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes (diced with green chilies)
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the cooked chicken, Rotel tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, cooked spaghetti, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For added crunch, top the dish with crushed tortilla chips or breadcrumbs before baking. For a spicier kick, use spicy Rotel tomatoes.
