Description

A creamy and cheesy pasta dish featuring shredded chicken, zesty Rotel tomatoes, and baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes (diced with green chilies)
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the cooked chicken, Rotel tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, cooked spaghetti, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For added crunch, top the dish with crushed tortilla chips or breadcrumbs before baking. For a spicier kick, use spicy Rotel tomatoes.
