Description
A quick and nutritious chicken stir-fry with colorful mixed vegetables, ideal for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 1/4 cup Stir-fry sauce
- 2 cups Rice, cooked for serving
- 2 tbsp Oil for cooking
- Optional: 2 cloves Garlic, minced; 1 inch Ginger, minced
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Pour in stir-fry sauce and stir to coat everything evenly.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice.
Notes
Ensure uniform cutting of chicken and vegetables for even cooking. Add garlic and ginger for extra flavor.
