Description

A quick and nutritious chicken stir-fry with colorful mixed vegetables, ideal for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 1/4 cup Stir-fry sauce
  • 2 cups Rice, cooked for serving
  • 2 tbsp Oil for cooking
  • Optional: 2 cloves Garlic, minced; 1 inch Ginger, minced


Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  5. Pour in stir-fry sauce and stir to coat everything evenly.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  7. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice.

Notes

Ensure uniform cutting of chicken and vegetables for even cooking. Add garlic and ginger for extra flavor.
