Description

A quick and flavorful chicken stir-fry with vibrant mixed vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving


Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, stirring for another minute.
  4. Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well to coat all the ingredients.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice.
