A quick and flavorful chicken stir-fry with vibrant mixed vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, stirring for another minute.
- Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well to coat all the ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of honey or maple syrup to the sauce.
