Delicious chicken street tacos made with marinated grilled chicken and vibrant fresh toppings.
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 8 Corn tortillas
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Lime, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Cumin
- 2 teaspoons Chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in olive oil, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken over medium heat until cooked through.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet.
- Slice the grilled chicken and place it in each tortilla.
- Top with chopped onion, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your street food experience!
