Description

Delicious chicken street tacos made with marinated grilled chicken and vibrant fresh toppings.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 8 Corn tortillas
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 2 teaspoons Chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in olive oil, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the chicken over medium heat until cooked through.
  3. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet.
  4. Slice the grilled chicken and place it in each tortilla.
  5. Top with chopped onion, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your street food experience!

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Let chicken rest before slicing to retain juices.
