Delicious and vibrant chicken street tacos marinated with bold spices and served with fresh toppings.
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 8 Corn tortillas
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 Lime, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the marinated chicken over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet.
- Fill each tortilla with sliced chicken, top with diced onion and chopped cilantro, and finish with fresh lime juice.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
