Description

Delicious and vibrant chicken street tacos marinated with bold spices and served with fresh toppings.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 8 Corn tortillas
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper


Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the marinated chicken over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  3. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet.
  5. Fill each tortilla with sliced chicken, top with diced onion and chopped cilantro, and finish with fresh lime juice.
