Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Green onions, for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the sauce mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked.
