Description

Delightful Chicken Teriyaki served in fresh pineapple bowls, combining sweet flavors with a colorful presentation.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 ripe pineapples, halved and hollowed out
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until heated through.
  3. Pour in teriyaki sauce and stir until the chicken is coated and heated.
  4. Add bell pepper and snap peas, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender yet crisp.
  5. Remove from heat.
