Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thighs or breasts
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup potato starch (or flour)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with potato starch.
- Add coated chicken pieces to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, turning frequently.
- Pour teriyaki sauce over cooked chicken and stir to coat. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve on a platter, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
