  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, or parsley)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
