Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 can Red Gold Tomatoes (diced or crushed)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Corn or flour tortillas
- Toppings: avocado, cilantro, lime, diced onion
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and sauté the sliced onion until translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
