- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare your chicken wings by cleaning and patting them dry with paper towels.
- Season the wings with salt and pepper, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the wings for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through for even crispiness.
- While the wings bake, heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant and golden brown.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the hot sauce, letting it simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the spicy cream sauce until thoroughly coated.
- Return the sauced wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes to set the sauce.
