Description

A comforting and easy-to-make meal featuring sautéed chicken and rich buttery noodles, perfect for weeknights or special gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Grated Parmesan, for serving


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter until sizzling.
  3. Add chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and juices run clear.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Cook egg noodles until al dente, drain and add to the skillet, tossing with garlic and buttery mixture.
  6. Slice chicken and serve over a bed of buttery noodles.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and sprinkle with grated Parmesan if desired.
