Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- Grated Parmesan, for serving
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter until sizzling.
- Add chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and juices run clear.
- Remove chicken and set aside. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
- Cook egg noodles until al dente, drain and add to the skillet, tossing with garlic and buttery mixture.
- Slice chicken and serve over a bed of buttery noodles.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and sprinkle with grated Parmesan if desired.
