Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for searing
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lime juice, honey, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the marinated chicken thighs for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and pour the reserved marinade over the top.
