Description

A zesty chili lime chicken recipe that features marinated chicken thighs with a vibrant glaze of lime juice, honey, and spices, perfect for weeknight dinners or impressing guests.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for searing


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine lime juice, honey, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
