Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
  4. Drain the spaghetti, reserving some pasta water.
  5. Add the hot spaghetti to the skillet with bacon and remove from heat.
  6. Quickly stir in the egg mixture, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a creamy sauce.
  7. Season with salt and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese and be cautious with salt as the bacon and cheese are salty.
