  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 2 cups spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish


Instructions
