Ingredients
- 1 package frozen Parker House rolls (16 pieces) (16 pieces)
- 16 pieces Lightly breaded frozen chicken chunks (800g)
- 6 tablespoons sweet chili sauce (90 ml)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (30 ml)
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar (15 ml)
Instructions
- Begin by heating the rolls as directed on the package, but shorten the cooking time slightly to ensure they are warm without getting browned or crispy on top. This will keep them extra soft.
- Prepare the chicken according to the package directions. Using an air fryer is a great option for this. You might want to cook extra pieces if you’d like to have some to snack on.
- As the rolls and chicken near completion, melt the vegetable oil in a small bowl using a microwave. Stir in the agave nectar until well combined.
- For assembly, add a small amount of sweet chili sauce inside each roll, or offer the sauce on the side if preferred. Place a piece of chicken inside each roll.
