A delightful homemade version of the classic McChicken sandwich, featuring juicy ground chicken patties, fresh lettuce, tomato, and creamy mayonnaise.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (ground)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Mayonnaise


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
