Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup grapes or apples, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves or sandwich bread for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, celery, red onion, grapes (or apples), and nuts (if using).
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
