Instructions
- Season the cubed chicken with salt, paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Sear the chicken in a single layer and cook until golden on the bottom.
- Flip the chicken pieces and cook until fully cooked and lightly golden.
- Lower the heat to low before adding the sauce ingredients.
- Add the cottage cheese to the skillet and stir gently as it warms.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce coats the chicken evenly.
- Adjust seasoning by tasting and adding salt or pepper as needed.
