  • 1 cup cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Season the cubed chicken with salt, paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Sear the chicken in a single layer and cook until golden on the bottom.
  4. Flip the chicken pieces and cook until fully cooked and lightly golden.
  5. Lower the heat to low before adding the sauce ingredients.
