Ingredients
- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 8 slices bacon (for wrapping chicken)
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (for topping)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Coat each chicken breast with olive oil, rubbing well to ensure even coverage.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Wrap a slice of bacon around each chicken breast, securing the edges with toothpicks if needed.
- Place the wrapped chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove the dish from the oven and brush each piece with barbecue sauce.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously on top of the chicken.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
