Mouthwatering chicken wings drenched in a flavorful butter sauce with garlic and fresh herbs, perfect for summer barbecues or cozy gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in parsley, lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the butter mixture over them. Toss until wings are coated.
- Arrange wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until wings are crispy and cooked through, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispy wings, pat them dry before tossing with the sauce and flip halfway through baking.
