Description

Mouthwatering chicken wings drenched in a flavorful butter sauce with garlic and fresh herbs, perfect for summer barbecues or cozy gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in parsley, lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Place chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the butter mixture over them. Toss until wings are coated.
  5. Arrange wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until wings are crispy and cooked through, flipping halfway.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispy wings, pat them dry before tossing with the sauce and flip halfway through baking.
