Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the softened butter, garlic, parsley, chives, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Rub the garlic herb butter mixture all over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated.
