Description

Elevate your burger game with crack burgers, featuring savory ground chuck, creamy sour cream, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar cheese for an explosion of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground chuck
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • â…“ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, cooked crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  2. Mix until just combined to avoid overworking the meat.
  3. Form the mixture into four evenly sized hamburger patties, each about ¾ inch thick.
  4. Let the patties rest at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cooking to help flavors meld and maintain shape.
  5. Grill the patties over medium heat on a preheated grill, flipping only once until they reach your desired doneness (medium-rare at 145°F or well-done at 160°F).

Notes

For extra cheesiness, add more cheddar on top during the last minute of grilling. Check internal temperature to ensure perfect doneness.
