Description
Elevate your burger game with crack burgers, featuring savory ground chuck, creamy sour cream, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar cheese for an explosion of flavor.
Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground chuck
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
- â…“ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, cooked crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Mix until just combined to avoid overworking the meat.
- Form the mixture into four evenly sized hamburger patties, each about ¾ inch thick.
- Let the patties rest at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cooking to help flavors meld and maintain shape.
- Grill the patties over medium heat on a preheated grill, flipping only once until they reach your desired doneness (medium-rare at 145°F or well-done at 160°F).
Notes
For extra cheesiness, add more cheddar on top during the last minute of grilling. Check internal temperature to ensure perfect doneness.
