Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the rice, chicken, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, Ranch seasoning, and chicken broth in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
