  • 4 pieces chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for coating
  • Vegetables (e.g., broccoli or carrots) for serving
  • Mashed potatoes for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
