Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, and if desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using rotisserie chicken and adding sautéed vegetables like spinach or bell peppers. Allow the casserole to rest for easier serving.
