Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (15 ml)
- 1 lb boneless chicken (454 g)
- 20 oz broccoli florets (567 g)
- 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (such as cheddar) (50 g)
- 1/2 tsp (3 ml) garlic salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (113 g)
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet that can be placed in the oven. Sauté the chicken pieces until they are browned.
- Chop the broccoli florets into smaller pieces and add them to the skillet with the cooked chicken.
- Mix together the heavy cream, grated cheese, and garlic salt, then drizzle this mixture over the broccoli and chicken.
- Place the skillet in the oven and cook at 350°F for 10 minutes. Take it out and scatter the shredded mozzarella on top.
- Return to the oven for another 7 minutes or until the cheese turns lightly golden. Enjoy immediately while the cheese is still gooey.
