  • 1 lb boneless chicken (454 g)
  • 20 oz broccoli florets (567 g)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (such as cheddar) (50 g)
  • 1/2 tsp (3 ml) garlic salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (113 g)


Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet that can be placed in the oven. Sauté the chicken pieces until they are browned.
  2. Chop the broccoli florets into smaller pieces and add them to the skillet with the cooked chicken.
  3. Mix together the heavy cream, grated cheese, and garlic salt, then drizzle this mixture over the broccoli and chicken.
  4. Place the skillet in the oven and cook at 350°F for 10 minutes. Take it out and scatter the shredded mozzarella on top.
