Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as carrots, peas, and corn)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (like parsley or thyme) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, shredded cheese, and mixed vegetables.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Stir everything until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
