Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For thicker sauce, add more cheese. Optionally, incorporate vegetables like spinach or cooked broccoli for added nutrition.
