Ingredients
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups cooked chicken, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, and continue to cook until the sauce thickens.
- Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and combine with the sauce.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine pasta with the sauce and chicken until well coated.
