Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked throughout.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the marinara sauce and heavy cream, then stir to combine thoroughly.
