A comforting and creamy chicken casserole featuring rice and broccoli, perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, broccoli florets, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs and additional cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
