Description

A creamy and flavorful chicken dish made effortlessly in a CrockPot with just five ingredients.


Ingredients

  • Spray Oil
  • 4 Tablespoons or 2 packages of Dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 cup of Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup of Milk
  • 2 – 3 pounds of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts


Instructions

  1. Coat the inside of the CrockPot with spray oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix the dry ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture into the CrockPot and add the chicken, tossing to coat.
  4. Cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 5 to 6 hours until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding vegetables like carrots or potatoes to the CrockPot. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
