Ingredients

  • – 500 grams (17.6 oz (499 g)) Boneless Chicken Breast, Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • – 2-3 cups (600 ml) Broccoli
  • – 2 tablespoon (30 ml) Vegetable Oil
  • – 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Garlic, minced
  • – 1.5 teaspoon (8 ml) Italian Seasoning
  • – 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) Paprika (substitute for less heat)
  • – 3/4 cup (180 ml) Milk
  • – 1/2 cup (120 ml) grated Parmesan Cheese, more for serving
  • – 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) Pepper
  • – 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) Salt


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, warm up 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, then add the chicken pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook on high for 2 minutes, then take the chicken out and set it aside.
  3. Pour the remaining oil into the skillet, and once it’s hot, add the minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Reduce the heat, then pour in the milk, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Combine thoroughly.
  5. Add the broccoli and the cooked chicken back into the skillet. Stir to mix everything well, taste, and add more salt if necessary. Cook for an additional minute.
  6. Turn off the heat and serve the dish.
