Ingredients
- – 500 grams (17.6 oz (499 g)) Boneless Chicken Breast, Cut into bite-sized pieces
- – 2-3 cups (600 ml) Broccoli
- – 2 tablespoon (30 ml) Vegetable Oil
- – 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Garlic, minced
- – 1.5 teaspoon (8 ml) Italian Seasoning
- – 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) Paprika (substitute for less heat)
- – 3/4 cup (180 ml) Milk
- – 1/2 cup (120 ml) grated Parmesan Cheese, more for serving
- – 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) Pepper
- – 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) Salt
Instructions
- In a skillet, warm up 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, then add the chicken pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cook on high for 2 minutes, then take the chicken out and set it aside.
- Pour the remaining oil into the skillet, and once it’s hot, add the minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Reduce the heat, then pour in the milk, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Combine thoroughly.
- Add the broccoli and the cooked chicken back into the skillet. Stir to mix everything well, taste, and add more salt if necessary. Cook for an additional minute.
- Turn off the heat and serve the dish.
