Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add the minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer. Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the creamy garlic sauce.
- Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Allow the chicken to rest before slicing to retain its juices. Adjust the sauce by adding seasonings to taste.
