Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (like carrots, peas, and bell peppers)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken breasts and sauté until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
