Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (like carrots, peas, and bell peppers)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken breasts and sauté until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the mixed vegetables and ramen noodles, cooking according to package instructions (about 3-4 minutes).
- Stir in the heavy cream and soy sauce, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
Reserve some broth before adding the heavy cream to adjust the consistency as needed.
