  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) dry white rice (**)
  • 3 cup (720 ml) s low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream (***)
  • 2 cup (480 ml) s fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) freshly grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the chicken pieces with garlic salt and black pepper to season them.
  2. In a large skillet, apply a light coat of oil and cook the chicken on medium-high heat until it turns brown, roughly 5-7 minutes.
  3. Introduce the minced garlic to the pan and continue cooking for an additional minute.
  4. Combine the rice and chicken broth in the pan, bringing the mixture to a boil.
  5. Once boiling, cover the pan and let it cook for 12-15 minutes until most of the broth is absorbed.
