Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear the chicken in the skillet until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Combine the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and minced garlic in the crockpot.
- Place the seared chicken breasts into the crockpot and pour the cream mixture over them.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite low-carb sides.
Notes
For thicker sauce, increase the parmesan cheese or add a cornstarch slurry if needed.
