Description

A rich and creamy chicken dish with garlic and parmesan, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Sear the chicken in the skillet until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Combine the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and minced garlic in the crockpot.
  5. Place the seared chicken breasts into the crockpot and pour the cream mixture over them.
  6. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.

Notes

For thicker sauce, increase the parmesan cheese or add a cornstarch slurry if needed.
