  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or cubed)
  • 8 ounces penne or rotini pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously, then add the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Combine the cooked chicken and drained pasta into the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
