Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and wash the chicken breasts.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest.
- In the same pan, add a little more olive oil if needed, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and continue to stir until the sauce thickens to your liking.
- Return the chicken to the pan and coat it in the creamy sauce.
