Description

A rich and velvety creamy garlic sauce that elevates simple grilled chicken bites to a delightful dining experience, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken bites for 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until fully cooked and golden brown. Set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add lemon juice for a hint of brightness, if desired.
  6. Toss the grilled chicken bites in the creamy garlic sauce, or drizzle the sauce on top.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken for a few hours. Adjust seasoning to taste as the sauce cooks.
