Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
- If the mixture is too thick, add the chicken broth to reach your desired consistency.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
