Description

A comforting and flavorful low-carb chicken casserole made with shredded chicken, broccoli, and creamy cheddar cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  3. If the mixture is too thick, add the chicken broth to reach your desired consistency.
