Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and chicken broth until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked chicken, broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
