Description

A comforting low-carb casserole combining tender chicken, creamy cheeses, and vibrant broccoli, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and chicken broth until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cooked chicken, broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
