A hearty and comforting casserole made with chicken, broccoli, and creamy sauce, perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, heavy cream, half of the cheese, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined, then pour into a greased casserole dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a crispier top, increase the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) during the last few minutes of baking.
