Description

A hearty and comforting casserole made with chicken, broccoli, and creamy sauce, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, heavy cream, half of the cheese, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix until well combined, then pour into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For a crispier top, increase the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) during the last few minutes of baking.
