Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  4. Sear the chicken thighs for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
