Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Sear the chicken thighs for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the seared chicken in the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
- Check that the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) before serving.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving with sauce drizzled over.
